The listed slab-on-grade path. ESR-5501 under AC521 covers #3 temperature-and-shrinkage reinforcement at 12 in o.c. or tighter, in slabs-on-grade, plain footings and flatwork. We also stock #4 Durabar.

E is stiffness. Steel is about 29,000 ksi — much stiffer than GFRP. That is expected and is why layouts differ.
Steel figures are Grade 60 yield. Durabar and Astec Plus figures are ICC-ES listed ultimate. Not the same limit state.
